• September 23^rd 2004: Launch of In the Eyes of Anahita at The Conga Room Calgary’s most exuberant Latino restaurant and bar. The evening will be filled with great food, seducing cocktails, Latin dancers, author stories, book signing and live Latino music by Grammy nominated musician Emilio Rios. It all starts at 7.30 P.M. and as of 9.00 P.M. the dance-floor will be open for all to submerge in the vibrant Latino music. 20% of all book-sales and 10% percentage of  food and beverage revenue will be used to sponsor Foster Parents Plan children in Latin America. • September 26^th 2004: Word on the Street Book & Magazine Fair (sponsored by The Calgary Herald. 11.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. at Eau Claire Festival Market. The author will tell stories with relation to the book at 11.40 A.M. in the authors tent. He will be available for book signings at the Mcnally Robinson booth between 12.00 and 12.30.
